Adjustable C2 Erg Suspension Strap

$19.95

Adjustable suspension strap helps rowers increase strength, develop a good connection at any point on the drive, and transfer more power to the oar.

The adjustable erg suspension strap is a simple and safe way to help rowers develop a good connection between the foot stretchers and oar. At any point on the drive, rowers suspend their body and “hang on the oar” using their legs, core, and back.

NOTE THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES THE STANDARD C2 ERG SUSPENSION STRAP.

Benefits include:

  • Isometric training at different positions on the drive helps athletes develop rowing-specific strength and motor skills required to effectively transfer power to the oar

  • Fully adjustable strap allows rowers to perform isometric exercises at any point on the drive

  • Double-loop setup allows coaches to easily provide resistance for the biggest and strongest rowers
