Practical, affordable training aids and tools that help rowers perform their best.
Adjustable suspension strap helps rowers increase strength, develop a good connection at any point on the drive, and transfer more power to the oar.
The adjustable erg suspension strap is a simple and safe way to help rowers develop a good connection between the foot stretchers and oar. At any point on the drive, rowers suspend their body and “hang on the oar” using their legs, core, and back.
NOTE THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES THE STANDARD C2 ERG SUSPENSION STRAP.
Benefits include:
Isometric training at different positions on the drive helps athletes develop rowing-specific strength and motor skills required to effectively transfer power to the oar
Fully adjustable strap allows rowers to perform isometric exercises at any point on the drive
Double-loop setup allows coaches to easily provide resistance for the biggest and strongest rowers
The rubber stop in the Leg Compression Guide can also be used with the Erg Suspension Strap to set the proper catch position for rowers and prevent the erg seat from rolling during the exercise.

Help rowers develop level hand heights on land, so they’re ready when they hit the water!
Indoor rowing machines are a great way to build fitness. Sometimes, all that erging means athletes sacrifice technique. Our guides provide a visual reference to help rowers maintain a level hand height throughout the stroke.
Benefits include:
Visual reference (A, B, C) helps rowers keep a level hand height throughout the rowing stroke
Universal setting across all ergs, for different size rowers (no more moving pieces of tape each time a rower sits on an erg)
Easy installation using existing hardware on the chain guide of Model C, D and E Concept 2 ergs
Choose from eight different colors! Match colors with the C2 Erg Leg Compression Guide and C2 Erg Body Compression Guide.
Customized guides with your program logo and colors are also available, contact us for a quote!

The simplest way to set catch and finish angles, and help rowers perform their best!
Positioning athletes to reach optimal catch and finish angles will help them row comfortably and efficiently, maximize stroke length, and minimize blade slip. Similar angles also help crews match the peak power application during the stroke.
Until now, setting catch and finish angles has been a bit complicated. The Catch and Finish Angle Measurement Tool simplifies the process. With the tool centered on a sweep or sculling boat, move it to bow or stern until the rigger line crosses the face of the unit at the desired angle. Mark the gunwale or deck. That’s it. Intuitive, simple, and effective!
Benefits include:
Quickly, reliably check or adjust angles before practice or a race
Works with sculling and sweep boats
Determine angles “as-is” for each seat, without having to account for different span or spread settings
360° face makes it easy to set catch and finish angles without having to rotate the unit
Laser markings on anodized aluminum are chip- and scratch-resistant
Easy-to-read markings make it easy to center the unit and read angle measurements increase durability
Rounded design minimizes the risk of damaging boats and other equipment

Athletes can use the strap independently, and train more frequently
Coaches are freed-up to supervise their team (instead of holding the erg handle for each rower)
Adjustable strap can be customized to different size rowers
Easily attached to the frame of Model C, D and E Concept 2 ergs
The rubber stop in the Leg Compression Guide can also be used with the Erg Suspension Strap to set the proper catch position for rowers and prevent the erg seat from rolling during the exercise.
